Notarization of legal documents in a flash, all day, every day!

Having an on-site notary public during our regular hours, you can drop in anytime without an appointment! We are officially bonded and commissioned by the State of California to serve as your expert and approachable notary public. We have the skills and experience to process your most important documents with precision and diligence. We also offer mobile services.

As your trusted West L.A. notary public, we are obligated to certify, according to legal requirements, that the signer of a particular document has been physically present in front of the notary, verified the signing of the document, and is, in fact, the signatory indicated in the signature area.

Here are some of the types of documents that may need notarization:

At Mail and More in California, we promise to fully serve our notary clients. With every document we notarize, we will either use an “Acknowledgement” or a “Jurat” form (in many cases, documents bear a notary section). We also certify copies of ID cards, passports, and other important documents with a “Copy Certification by Document Custodian” form. We also offer notarization for most non-English documents. Some documents, such as those being sent overseas, might require a notary seal in addition to the usual notary stamp; we provide the required seal.
