Signature notarization near Brentwood

Notarization of legal documents in a flash, every day, whenever you need it!

Having an on-site notary public during working hours, you can drop in anytime without an appointment! We are officially bonded and commissioned by the State of California to serve as your professional and friendly notary public. We have the skills and experience to handle your most important documents with attention and diligence. We also offer mobile services.

As your reliable West L.A. notary public, we are required to certify, under penalty of perjury, that the signer of a particular document has personally appeared in front of the notary, confirmed their signature, and is, in fact, the person indicated in the signature area.

These are some of the types of documents that may need notarization:

At Mail and More in California, we promise to fully serve our notary clients. With every document we notarize, we will either use an “Acknowledgement” or a “Jurat” form (and in most cases, documents bear a notary section). We also certify copies of identification cards, passports, and other important documents with a “Copy Certification by Document Custodian” form. We also handle most foreign-language documents. Some documents, such as those being sent overseas, might require a notary seal in addition to the usual notary stamp; we supply the required seal.
