We, at Mail and More in California, are bonded and commissioned by the State of California to serve as your Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient Notary Public. We have the expertise, knowledge and experience to handle your most important documents with care and precision.

As your trusted West L.A. notary public, we are required to certify, under penalty of perjury, that the signer of a particular document has personally appeared in front of the notary, acknowledged signing the document and is, in fact, the individual indicated in the signature area.

At Mail and More in California we pledge to fully serve our notary clients. With every notarized document, we will either use an "Acknowledgement" or a "Jurat" form (and in most cases, documents bear a notary attachment). We will also certify copies of IDs, passports, and other important documents with a "Copy Certification by Document Custodian" form.

We notarize foreign-language documents. Some documents, such as those being sent overseas, require a notary seal in addition to the usual notary stamp. We can provide you with the notary seal that is required.

Our notary service is fast, reliable and comprehensive! Visit us during regular business hours with all pages of the document that needs to be notarized and your photo ID. No appointment is necessary. The notary public fee is $10 per client's signature. Please feel free to ask us about our multi-signature discounts. We also offer mobile notary public service, usually outside of our normal business hours, with an additional traveling fee.
