Q: Is your business part of a franchise?
A: No, we're proud to be independent.
Q: Do you accept credit cards and personal checks?A: We accept all major credit and debit cards for all services. Checks may be accepted for the mailbox service.
Q: Do you have parking?A: Plenty of free parking is available by the rear entrance.
Q: How long have you been in business?A: For over eight years.
Q: What if I have a need for your services and cannot come in during business hours?A: Simply contact us in advance. We can arrange to meet you early in the morning, late in the evening or on a Sunday. A service fee might apply.
Q: What is the cost of passport/visa photos? How long does it take?A: $9.95 for the two U.S. passport style photos required by the government. Additional photos of the same individual run $5 per set. The Canadian Passport photo costs $18.95. The process takes about 10 minutes.
Q: Do you offer passport/citizenship/I.D. photos for foreign countries?A: Yes. Just come in with the photo specifications; or we will help you search for that information.
Q: What are your rates for copy service?A: Black-and-white copying costs 4 cents to 10 cents per page ($0.10 each, up to 49 pages and $0.04 each for a minimum of 500 pages). Color copying is 39 cents to 49 cents each page.
Q: How much does it cost for faxes?A: Domestic faxes cost $1 per page to send, and $0.75 per page to receive. (Please feel free to ask us about our multi-page discounts). International faxes cost $3 for the first page, and $1.50 per page for any additional pages.
